No more texting while driving in California!

feature photo

The Gov-en-nator of California had the use of talking on a cell phone while driving earlier this year but forgot all about people still texting. So, legislation was hurried to put no texting into the lawbooks as well. No reading, sending, or writing text messages on any electronic device while driving. The law doesn’t go in effect until January with the first offense costing you a mere $20 and the second offense jumping to $50.

How will this be enforced? What about using blue tooth?
