duel AC

If I do not have duel Ac and have only the middle seat which folds down what would I have to do to install the duel ac. Are there wires that are already in the vehicle and what about the air duct that goes to the back. would I have to change the front seats??
Please let me know, I have a 2000 silverado Ext
