Fabric store, grab some vinyl, pull the panel and stick it on.

Ask Jeremy from leatherseats.com if he just sells the door inserts. check out the katzkin group purchase thread for his screen name and send him a pm

I was looking at OBS suburbans at the auto auction the other day and even the ones that come with leather seats had cloth panels around the door handles. The only OBS that seemed to have leather/vinyl were the denali's and escalades.
Try pm'ing 97OKCZ71, he's doing the GP for Katzknis right now.

I bought some leather on ebay for my doors. Doesn't match the seats - but it gives it that two tone look. I took the door panels off, removed the carpeted / velour inserts and then installed the leather with 3M spray adhesive.
I thought I posted pictures a while ago but I can't find them.

I got a tint ticket the other days, so I finally gave ina nd just took the tint off so I could correct the ticket. I took my door panels off so they wouldn't get int he way when I removed the adhesive that kept the tint on. Anyways I was looking at the inserts and they just pop of almost with the same clips that the inside door panels have that keep them connected to the door. So this being said MattH is right just go get some leather, vinyl, or whatever materila and recover it then pop it back on.
