Does anyone know how to remove the headliner in a 2000 ext cab? I can't seem to figure out how to take the hooks in the back out?

send a PM to Gabe8501... i helped him take his headliner off on his 01 to put some b-quiet. He can tell u exaclty how they come off. I just cant remember.
