Hey guys.. Ive been running my laptop in my truck for a few years now as my DVD player/MP3 player. Its even more rarely in there now since my new radio plays MP3s and I have a 6 disc MP3 changer. Anyways id like to bring the playstation II into the truck and use the laptop screen as the display device. Im running a Gateway Solo 9100 that has both input and output RCA jacks. Do I need some sort of software to be able to utilize the input plug. I am able to use the output to get the laptop display to a TV but I cant seem to get it to work the other way around. I suppose I could take a simple way out and just buy a USB Video adapter but if I already have the jack...why not go that way. Im not capturing video, just using the screen as a display for the PS2

Boy would I like to get my hands on that disk... I know that on gateway.com if you enter your serial number it will give you a list of the programs you can download that came with it. I tried this with mine and the program wasnt listed. Maybe if I knew the name of the program I could find it elsewhere

I use winTV2000 on my computer to watch TV. Not sure if it will do what you need it to do.
