headrest removal

I want to switch out the middle bench seat headrests in my tahoe for the smaller thinner ones and I cant figure out how to remove them at all.

I started looking at the front ones and the rear 3rd seat 50/50 and I cant get any of them off at all.

Does anyone know how to remove these things ? IS there some quick release button under the rear left tire or something ! ?!? !

raise the headrest all the way up,there's a little plastic piece on the bottom of the head rest on each shaft.looking from the front of the seat you'll see a small hole.take a small punch and push it in as you pull up on the headrest.
