Will this setup be giving the amp a 2 ohm load? I just want to make sure before I go running all the wires.

Isn't the BX1500D a mono amp? That illustration looks like its 2 channel. But anyway, going by that drawing if the voice coils are each 2 ohm and connected in parallel connected to a 2 channel amp it will be 4 ohms on each channel.

Its a monoblock, however there are two pos and two neg connections on the outside
Those connections are parralleled inside.

haha my bad, my amp is the same way i should have known. Are the voice coils 2ohm?

Yes each voice coil is 2 ohms.
