intake manifold upgrade

anyone upgrade their plastic intake manifold with a nice polished aluminium one? if so which brand an how much was it....and from where? I am talking bout the 99+ 5.3 L engines.

are you talking about the cover or the actual intake manifold? if you're talking about the intake manifold - you have: ls1 intake, ls6 intake, ls2 intake, fast intake, c5r intake, ls7(?) intake and truck intake to choose from... all plastic :sorry:

or - you could get a polished radix! :drool: i think that's your only option for a polished intake manifold.
