I have a Pioneer DEH-P7300, what do I need to get the XM goin on it? Right now I have a Delphi Skyfi 2, but would kinda like to just use my deck.
Thanks

I have those, but do I need one made for that deck or will mine plug into it somehow?

the wiring that comes with the tuner should plug it to your head unit and to the antenna, as well as a power and ground
XM tuner does not equal head unit in case youre confusing the 2

They have THESE UNITS (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-5wP1PM3g4e0/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=176850&I=209XMD1000) plus you need the brand specific harness, (down the right side) These work as long as your model radio has XM controller capabilities. Look around on the web, you can usually find them cheaper than Crutchfield though.

This is what you need, comes with everything except antenna, it will all plug right in. I have one and it is sweet, bought it on E-bay for a $100

Listen to Rollin20s. You don't want any of those RF ones that hook up thru the antenna. Your head unit is IP compatible and will controll the XM tuner thru the IP cable. Its a direct wire and will sound much better.

rollin or mad, does that come with the cable to hook it up to the deck and the antenna?
Mine came with the IP cable to hook up to the deck. The antenna has its own cable.
