Taking apart interior peices

Im gonna start prepping some interior peices to get ready for paint. I know how to take off the main dash part, but i wanna do the a-pillars, the glove box, cupholder thing, and later on the rest of the front dash *the huge part* I know how to take the main front dash and the a pillars, and i think the cupholders and glovebox are just screws, but what about that huge part in the front? thanx

Ok i got all the parts but the big dash part off, sanded them all and they are nice and smooth. A friend said to try bondo to get it looking nice and even, do i have to? Ive used it before but wouldn't just a shot of primer do the trick? I want this to look nice and smooth with no texture on them. Thanx

Anybody know how to remove the O-**** bar?
