I have '99 GMC SIERRA reg cab and i want to do a nice system stereo,speaker,subs,amp. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

I recommend spend about 4 hours and read pages 1-25 of the Audio section. You will get plenty of ideas.

You are going to want to do components up front for sure. For the rear speakers, if the regular cabs even have them, just leave them stock and turn the fade all the way to the front so you won't hear them. For subs, you will probably just want to run a pair of 10's, that way you won't have to sacrifice any leg room.
