Right now I'm running a Diamond D61500.1 which is underrated, runs somewhere at 1800 watts at 1 ohm and a Diamond D5300.2. What would be a good battery to get? I was thinking of the yellow stinger 44 or the red 1000. Which would last longer in the long run?

let me get my .02 cents in before everyone says optima.

get an odessy dry cell. you should be able to squeeze in the 1700. they are the same thing as the stinger, only you don't pay for the stinger name. not saying they make stinger, i don't know if they do or don't. but these are the shizznit.

haha, i get mine @ cost. if you've got the hook up, go for the stinger. 2150 (i think or 2200) if it will fit, 1700 should. they are the same as the odessy, but mine still cost less because of a few less people involved. neeener neeener neeener!

nemmy, those kind of sound like the xstatic batts. any similarities?

Well I'm also trying to figure out how big of a battery I need no matter what brand... I'm running a 1500 watt amp underrated and a 300 watt amp for my highs...
