How many guys here ae running stright pipes and how do you like the sound. At the momnet I have 1990 SBRC 350 TBI, true duals (no cats) with 2.5 inch flowmasters thats about 10 years old. I would just like to know how the straight pipe setup would sound?

Your pickup will really talk without any kind of cat or muffler in the system. My buddies 1992 with a tbi 350 has 2 1/2" straight pipe with no cat, and He is really really loud. I have a 1998 K1500 with a vortec 350 with true dual, no cat, 18" cherrybomb glasspacks, and 4" SS tips, and I'm really loud too. All depends on what you want for loudness I guess. I love loud pipes so I don't mind.

I ran them for awhile, straight back off of flowtech headers and it sounded like a war was following me around.
