Hey i was lookn at headers a bit and i see that there are headers for my 5.7 vortec with or without air injection. I know this is a thing for cali vehicles and such but i'm not sure what it looks like or how to tell if ihave it. I looked at my headers and passenger side has nothing on it at all, drivers side has a line coming off it before pipe but is that my egr thing? HAHA i dont know what i need. thanks

im pretty sure air vehicles have a line running from each exhaust port on the header to the smog pump. pump is driven by the belt. for the egr, follow it and find out where it goes to. then look at your emissions label to see what it is. smog pump would also be on the label.

If you have air injection you would have an air pump where the red circle is. You would also have a tube connected to the front of each of your stock headers.
