I have my torsion bars cranked to the moon on my truck right now to level it out... if i were to let those back down, is it possible to just bring the rear-end down to level it out that way? would i use shackles on this? how difficult / expensive is this?? I am still torn between off road, or street with this truck...

shackles would be the cheapest/easiest. not too difficult to install.

if you have a nbs and im assuming your truck is a 4x4 since it has torsion bars then you could take the lift blocks out of rear and all you have to buy is 4 new U-bolts

I'm just wondering how this will affect how the truck drives... i really dont want to drop the front down too far, and it seems to sink low stock, so i thought i would just back the torsion bars back down, and shackle the rear... any pics of 4x4 lowered slightly???
BTW i have a z71...

how come you guys have the shackles to lower the rear end, but it looks like you still have bigger tires?? are you all just trying to level the truck out?? I was thinking about craking the torsions back down, then dropping the back down, should bring the truck down a little, and getting some lower profile tires for my stock rims...
any suggest??
