right now, the best you get for the money is a Wait 4 Me custom tune. under $160 if you keep your old PCM. half if you return it as the core.
only downfall i have found so far is if you sell your vehicle, the tune is no good to anyone else, either goes with the vehicle or swap back in the original and send it back for that magical core refund.

Either a Nelson or Wait for Me custom tune is the best way to go. If you want a hand held programmer I would go with a Predator from www.runninwiththedevil.com. You can also get a custom tune from these guys and they do a great job. I have the predator with a custom tune from Runnin With The Devil in my truck.
