I picked out some decent looking aftermarket mudflaps for the truck but you have to drill holes. I may take them back. Does anyone know if OEM Chevy mudflaps install without drilling holes? I don't like the idea of putting holes in the fenders. It opens up a place for rust to form. Seems to me the existing holes would be sufficiant to accomodate some flaps.

I believe the fenders have the holes already for the mudflaps, but the inner wheel wells need to be drilled...but they're plastic so this shouldnt cause a problem.

OEM flaps are aftermarket. Not sure which company makes them though.

PM Mark - maybe he can find out :D
