I'm considering bumping up to 22s in the near future and would like to see those of you already rollin on those. If you would, please post rim size, tire size, and any suspension mods. Many thanks!

You believe the rougher ride is due to the 22s, or the drop you've put on it?
GMCBlack - Very nice. What type of rims are those? Did you feel a difference in ride quality when going to the 22s?

22's will give you a somewhat rougher ride however the handling will improve.

285/45 Nitto's I believe the wheels were 9-9.5. I can't tell much of a difference in the ride. Before I put my wheels on I drove one with 22s to make sure I wasn't getting myself into a poor quality ride. Neither truck was noticable.

Bostonian Fats & badboyripper - Any pics? And I would suspect with a full air ride it would be pretty nice.

the 305/40 rode better than the 265/40s do. But I wouldnt call either one horrible.

22x9.5, 305/40/22, 2/4 drop. ride quality isn't as good because of the 40 series tires versus the stock, but other than that, its a truck... not a benz

Did you guys have the dealer reprogram the speedo for you. I just put some factory 20s with 2755520s on my sierra. Not sure how off it is.

I've got 22x9.5 Eagles with 285/40/22 Falkens and the difference in ride from the stock ones isn't noticeable.

I believe it will depend upon the new tire's diameter as compared to the originals. IIRC within 3% is the accepted norm for not adjusting the speedo.

22x8.5 Into Matrix with 6" BS
265-35-22
4/6 drop
On a RCSB, these tires should be run at 42 psi, so yes, they ride hard. Sometimes I wish I was still running 275-45-20s. At least until I look at it.

22x9.5 with 275/45s rode a little stiffer than stock and now that its lowered its quite a bit harsher.
