Is it possible? If not, does anybody know what control arms have been found to work with laying 22's up front?

I would rather not go through all of that, But if i have to, I will. I would rather buy arms than alter everything to make stock ones work.

I'm going to be sectioning my lowers, and changing the angle of the upper balljoint about 10*.

Didn't Think of angling the balljoint a little more.. That would work.

when i tried to lay mine out on 22's the ball joints were at a crazy angle laid out. i didnt want to drive my truck like that so i ordered art uppers and it helped ALOT with the ball joint angle. i still have stock lowers tho with a plate across instead of a lower cup

guy on SSM told me that's how he did his. he scored them about 1" back from the balljoings, bent it 15*, and guesseted it. I think 15* is a little too much, but I havent checked exactly how much it will need. I'm guessing 10degrees or so

You will have no problem laying a 22 with 265/35 tires on stock arms. We do it all the time.

We don't really have a problem with that bad of an angle... ball joint angle isn't critical when it's laid out anyway as long as its not bound up. I'd be more worried about changing the angle and putting the ball joint closer to a bind when lifted then i would a funny angle when laid out.

the ball joint looked as if it were about to explode

the lower arms will hit the frame, so you will either have to notch the frame, or section the lowers for sure. I talked to a guy this past weekend on 265/35/22's that didnt have to change his upper arms.
