What year?
You will most likely have to remove the rear pilars. Major PITA for the results.

if it's an obs extended cab, then get ready to buy new clips and maybe even panels.

O.K. Got the front speakers out but the new ones have to big of a magnet to fit in the existing holes, I would like to build some kind of a box to raise them up and tilt them forward a bit. Has anybody done this? My buddy is in his '86 firebird but that has a huge dash and more space. I need help, my dash is ripped apart and I have to do something soon!!

no i don't have pics and no digi camera either but basicaly i just cut a round hole in the grill and kept it as far towards the seat as posible.
if you could find a pix of the grill i could draw on it but i can't find any pics of them
