4L70E shift kit due this summer

Transgo guy says the shift kit ought to be out this summer....100% TM, say goodbye.

its the trans in the 06' VMAX's, and trailblazer ss. Upgraded 4L65 like in the previous years silverado ss i belive. (For electronic pressure controlled transmission, parts and data included. Prevents long shifts and hard shifts, chatter or on acceleration, no 4th, or lock-up.) From the transgo website. I had a shift kit installed in my bronco a couple years back and it had firmer springs and different sized valves. It would shift fast and hard into gear, the TC would lock under hard throttle, and let me hold gears when i selected them....a must have if you delete all the TM on your PCM.

Yessir, i didnt realize that the tune could have made all my mods this much better either...its amazing :gone2far:

my light to this day has not come on yet...iive had the the tune(s) for about 6 months or so and still no light...As soon as it comes on im gonna get it done though

Yeah haha, the only thing that will set that light to go off is anything EMMISIONS related, nothing else...when the light comes on because of the crank relearn thing is all for the fact that the engine wont be able to detect any misfires...i woultnt wanna run my truck and me not knowing about a misfire

i didnt know that any other engine related lights were on our trucks. I thought the check engine light was the all and any engine issue light.

just for emissions

The check engine light will come on for anything PCM controlled or observed, not just emissions.

Trans, low oil pressure and other things not emissions related.

my check engine light didn't come on for the relearn for almost about a year after i put the wait4me in

thats what i thought. I dont think there is any other light on the dash that signals engine issues.
