Ebay IDMAX12 Yes OR NO??

Would you buy an IDMAX12 sub on ebay if it was listed as New In Box, never opened? Seems legit but makes me nervous. The guy has three up for auction in three diff auctions. All start at 210 with no reserve plus 40 for shipping. The cheapest I've found these online for is 300. I don't know, the whole thing makes me nervous. No ONE else has these...
