I installed my tuned pcm on tuesday and had no problems, today i went to start my truck and it wouldnt fire, i came to the conclusion that the fuel pump went out, had 150 miles on the tune, is this just a coinsidence or did the wait4me tune cause the pump to fail?

The PCM's on our 1996/1997 trucks do not interface with the fuel pump. The only thing the PCM sees about the fuel pump area is the fuel level, this info is displayed on the fuel gauge.
My opinion is that this is purely coincidental.
Good luck

The PCM doesnt have any "control" over the pump.

I havent really had time to go through it yet but, I am 99% sure that it is the fuel pump that went out, but i was just thinking, could there be anyway it could be the pump relay?

Here's the best way to check, under the relay compartment in hood swapt out the A/C relay with the Fuel Pump relay. It's labled under the plastic cover for the realays. If it works it's the relay but only a very small majority of the time is the relay.
