Where can I get a factory rear bumper plastic top covering?

The black piece that covers the top of my factory rear bumper on the hoe is all bent out of shape. I hammered the bumper back straight, but the little plastic pins that hold the cover flat, are all broken. Where can I get a new one? CKResto?

I know that you can get the black plastic molding on your bumper from JC whitney, but I am from Flint, MI and we have a place called flint bumper mart that carries any type of bumper or molding that you want. If you cant find anything, you could try looking them up on the internet and see if they could ship you the product.
