Mine took about an hour, and my exhaust guy does some real quality work.

its pretty straightforward - unbolt old system from the cat and remove from hangers. Goes rather quickly providing everything unbolts easily. Your setup may take a little longer with that dual rear exit since you'll be hanging and aligning 2 pipes.
Up here in the NE, things rust up real quick, so bolts/nuts usually have to be cutoff - you may not have that prob.
- use some penetrating oil and let it soak into the fasteners.
- shoot the hangers with some of that stuff and you can use a pair of slip joint pliers to pop the steel rod out of the rubber hangers.
- it'll prolly smell funky the first couple of hours as the pipes and muffler "burn off"
have fun - nuttin to it!

Cool Cool.. i figured its going to be pretty easy.. i have tackled worse definetly and here rust isnt even a word we use.. my exhaust pipes do have a crazy amount of "burnt on mud" for lack of better terms... i have tried alot of times to get under and wash it all off but it aint coming off... i have spent quite a bit of time in the mud also...

You'll definitely want to have a sawzall or a cutting torch to remove your stock exhaust. Other than that its super easy. Its no more than an hour job but it took me 2 hours cuz I had to go looking for a sawzall but ended up using the torch.

You have to cut the old exhaust in half just to remove it. I suppose if you have a body lift you might not have to but I did. Just installed my American Thunder yesterday.
