engine light on after wait4me

I had my wait4me retweaked a week ago and now im throwing a cylinder missfire code. Also my truck runs a little rough at idle. Gas milleage is better than ever and Ive got plenty of power so theres no negative side-effects as I can tell. I tried erasing the code, but it instantly pops back up. Should I worry or just let it go?

did you do a crank relearn? Some get away with replacing the PCM and don't ahve to do it, but it's a good idea anytime you mess with the PCM

this wasn't after a performance tune but my rough idle and engine light were on because one of my spark plugs were messed up. the inside of it was rattling around. $60 for a new factory set.
