Hello,
The background:
I have a 93 gmc sierra with a 4.3v6 and my manifolds are on the verge of shot. due to the cost of replacement stock manifolds and the possibility of an increase in fuel efficiency, I would like to replace the manifolds with headers and a dual exhaust.
The question:
I can only find headers in my price range ($150) for an s10 or similar truck with a 4.3l engine, (the headers i am referring to (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=HED%2D69400&N=4294908216+4294840129+4294819990+4294923429+4294 918680+115&autoview=sku)) but not for a full size truck. will the s10 headers work in my full size? all the headers directly specified for my truck are $350+..
matching the factory configuration is not a concern, as all the factory exhaust is either gone or not worth saving.
