down spouts?

i just put a 4/6 drop in my obs rcsb and my dauls are gonna hit the axle so i am thinking of just putting downspouts befor the axle just for now i was thinkin of notching out the box frame solport. has anyone ever done this befor? and how close can the exaust be from the floor of the bed? will down spouts make it louder in the cab? its straght thru exaust and will i have problems with heat anywhere if i just put down spouts? how much hp will heddmen shortys add over the stock manifold? i know i asked alot of random questions but thanks alot

and yeah, it'll be a bit louder in teh cab, but loudness will also depend upon what muffler you have to begin with :read:

I aint got one of them mufflers or a converter!! it was loud out the back b 4, might have to get me one of them:lol:
