New Exhaust System

I found a leak in my exhaust system so i wanna get a better one. I want duals with side exits, but don't know what to get. I want it to be loud enough for people to look, but so i don't get pulled over. Any ideas are appreicated.

I just got my new exhaust this weekend. I got a Flowmaster 40 Series (not Delta) and dual pipes straight out the back. I know it's the redneck way. I wanted to have it turn down and exit at the rear corners, but it looked lame while he was doing it so I changed my mind. It sounds great. It's not too loud just cruising around, but get on it and it'll make some noise.

You may want to hit some of the exhaust manufacturers web sites and listen to their soundclips. They might not be for your exact application but it'll give you an idea.

I went with the true dual setup using flowmaster 40 series mufflers, exiting at each corner of the bumper. Let me tell ya bud, that sucker sounds bad as hell now :rocking: . Very bassy and grumbly at low throttle, but still a civil noise level. Drop the hammer and it reminds me of the nascar race I went to last year :smokin: . Well, not near that loud, but still loud and mean sounding. Puts a smile on my face every time.

flowmaster 40s are pretty quiet if you ask me.
