On my pioneer deck its got the built in EQ and I was wondering is it easier on my subs to put it at 80hz and +1 boost or 50hz with + 4 boost. Which setting would blow the subs first IF they were to blow.

doesn't matter. overdrive the amp with eiter your subs will die.
i would say you're at more risk boosting +4. if it's a 3db boost for every +1, you're telling the amp to try and put out 8 times the power in that range. so you're more likely to clip your amp. other dependent factors would be subs excursion capability, box fc, etc.. which would make things fall into the possible mechanical failure area.
