Ok, one like this:

Would it mess up my custom tune if I took it to the dealer to have it programed?

The non lux will work, not to sure about the DVD's though
"LUX" or "luxury" units out of Denalis/Escalades will require you to replace your Bose amp with a Bose amplifier out of a Denali/Escalade. This amp is called the "LUX" amp or the "Y91" amp. Y91 is an RPO code.
There's a ton of info in the link off my sig.
The non-touch-screen NON-LUX units are very rare as that auction says. Touch-screen NON-LUX units are much more common, but possibly more expensive.
None of the NBS-style units have the capabiltiy to play video DVDs. They do have a DVD drive, but there's no software/ MPEG decoding capability.
Your going to need a map disc and a GPS antenna if they are not included.
