i'm trying to figure out how to make some type of feet so the box can stand up off the floor.

Just cut your feet into the board facing forward and mount your baffle up a couple inches from the floor.

should i screw the feet into the box or use high strength glue?

i think www.partsexpress.com sells those feet....or u couldn't you just use some mdf?
