Nothing wrong with using the hookups on the fuse box for a amp? As long as it has a inline fuse everything should be fine right?

I would not reccomend it, the Amp's power draw from the system is too much for your fuse box to handle. Run new power wire with an inline fuse from the battery, even if your requirements are a 10 guage wire.
If you run it from your box, you may run the risk of burning out a fusible link, starting a fire, or causing unforseen electrical problems. I just wouldn't do it, for the cost and time to run wire to the battery.

there is one line under passenger side behind the blower that you can run the wire through. I run the wire for amp this weekend straight from batt to the amp that way. it's really easy to run sire from the cab to batt (so you don't have to take reserve tank for coolant out. )
