The 6.0 HD trucks allready have dual 3" OD exhausts, simply remove teh stock muffler and you are good to go.

On my '03 6.0 I have true duals with flowmaster 40 series delta flows and 3" tail-pipes with 22" long 4"o.d. tips. Its pretty loud. I have gotten asked a few times by cops if I even had mufflers on it. After I got the tips put on it got a little deeper and a little more tone. I also have a K&N FIPK on also. Noticed maybe one mpg increase in fuel economy, but more power pulling trailer up the hills.

I have Flowmaster 40 series Delta Flow(summit racing) and 2 Magnaflow T-304 stainless steel tips, I dont have a cold air intake but I took the air box out and running open element stock air filter and its a 7.4L its loud and sets off alot of car alarms cause of its nice throaty rumble. I really need to try and get sound clips or video of my truck
