Bench seat swap

Anyone know if the 3rd row seat from a Suburban, Tahoe, etc. would bolt up in place of a crew cab rear bench? I see alot of these in Ebay, but I'm not sure. The other idea I had was swap brackets as long as the new seat bolts to the old brackets.....

Forgot, this is going in the 96 Chev crew cab.....
