Go to auto parts house and get some 14guage (blue) crimp on ring terminals for the ground and screw into metal under dash with self tapper. and I think they have a pin terminal to go into fuse block on Positive wire. I'm not sure the technical name.

I wired my CB in my 92 Camaro RS to my power and ground wires for my CD player. Worked great, and all of the wires are hidden out of view.

For the ground wire, crimp a ring terminal to it and then screw/bolt it to a good ground point (vehicle frame/chassis).

For the power wire, attach a ring terminal to the end and screw/bolt directly to the battery or to a clean positive power source - I attached mine to my underhood fuse box at the auxillary post. An alternative to aux. post, would be to connect to the point where the battery wire connects on the fuse box..

Nothing wrong with that! here's a pic. You will need an 8mm nut to go on to post. Just be sure you have a fuse as close to power source as possible. These posts are fused but with a 30amp. thats to big. If you have a short it will smoke the small wire before fuse blows. http://img70.imageshack.us/img70/2420/amppowerjw2.jpg

I think a need to take a class or 2 in electrical, cause this is like learning a different language to me.
