Rat shack aint got crap..... unless you're looking to buy a cellphone :read: and they certainly dont have large guage green power cable.

I've never seen green - many other colors - Blue, silver, black, red, yellow, smoke, purple, clear.
You'll have to search the various manufacturers sites.

darvex.com

I have got lots of stuff from them. They sell stinger stuff at great prices. I don't think they have green wire, but they may know who does.

What about using heat shrink over the exposed (viewable) portion of the wire?

Thanks for the links guys. It doesn't have to be green I just wanted something besides the normal red and black.

Thanks,
Jack

If you really want green, or purple, or orange, get some transparent heatshrink or tubing to cover the wire, in a primary color red, blue, yellow. If you wrap blue wire with red, purple: with yellow, green; If you wrap red wire with yellow, orange. Just a thought.

yes #4 = 4ga = 4AWG (american wire guage) varius ways of representing wire/cable size.

I have come across some chinese cable that claims to be 4ga (for ex) but is noticably smaller in diameter than other 4ga stuff. So.... the standards arent all that standard I guess... :dunno: :D

Thanks for the link. The only dealer they have listed in Alabama is Acadamey Sports and I doubt they have automotive wiring kits.

Stinger has green, It is a darker green wire, but it is still green, and I think Fusion Car audio has green wire, but that is a pretty cruddy name brand, so it is your choice, unless your like almost everyone on here and say wire is wire then get the cheaper stuff.

I could be wrong, but I know for a fact that I have green 12 gauge speaker wire. Expert series is the one I think has the green. Like I said I could be wrong though.

I know that you can't hook an amp up w/ speaker wire man, c'mon. I was using my speaker wire as an example. I am just saying if they sell green 12 gauge speaker wire, why not 10,8,4,1/0, so on and so forth. and I was saying HPM and expert series is the wire that they have more color in. But again I'll say I could be wrong though.

I'll check into stinger. Hey man if I can get my all my wire in one color then I think it would look great. I'll check and post up what I find.
