dual rear shock mounts

I'm looking for a set of dual rear shock mounts that will work on my 01' Sierra. I have been looking but can't find them. I know I have to cut off my current mounts and weld the new mounts on but I need to find the dual mounts first so if anyone has a set or knows where to find them let me know...
