Hey guys, im thinking about getting a Audiobahn A3201T amp to upgrade my current one to push my 2 10" Alpine Type S's. I havent had any personal experience with this amp or any of audiobahn's products, although ive heard good things. Im just wondering if this would be a good choice of amp because i know it would push my subs great. Thanks in advance. :fsc:

I think you can find a better amp for around the same price. From my experience with bahn stuff is it will not last long. I say spend the money now and get better gear. And from what I have seen most around here aren't bahn fans.

I can pick up a barely used one for 150.00, which is hard to pass up. Thanks for your reply. Come on all you audio guru's, chime in. Thanks

The general consensus on Audiobahn product is they are mostly show. But if the amp fits your budget and has the power you want... It is a good price when you compare to what they sold for brand new. You getting any kind of warranty or guarantee?

I dont need the absolute best amp out there, i just want something that is going to push my subs better than my current amp which is a Pioneer GM-X972. Im just looking for something with more clean power for my subs.

I've got one of their older 800w rack mount amps. I'm sure it's not the best sound quality and it's probably not really 800 watts RMS but I paid $200 for it about 4 years ago and it's been in daily use ever since! My last Rockford Fosgate purchase was much more and made it through 1.5 years of use and it broke! Take your chances if it works with your budget and spend your money on good mids and a quality amp for them.

Take a look at these links. One is a bahn amp and one is a Hifonics. Both are new and have warrenty and price is very close to what your looking at.

People talk down about Hifonics also. I've been running a combination of 3 hifonics amps for almost 4 years with out a single problem. I would recommend them over bahn.
