duplicolor makes wheel paint, it comes in white, silver, and dark graphite, i used the silver to repaint the crappy wheel covers on my honda i drive to school, holds up well and looks good, i also used the graphite to repaint my shocks, but a guy helpin me scratched a few of them before they dried so i have to redo them
if you want black go to tractor supply and get the tractor paint, that stuff it pretty tough

For caliper paint I've used the Duplicolor caliper kit. It's held up well on my buddys car. I'll be using it soon on my truck.

Nope, if i had some money i'd just buy new rims instead of painting some rusty old chrome ones :D

plus if you scratch a powdercoated rim you pretty much have to get it recoated to fix the scratch.
