i just got a hypertech progamer for a 2000 GMC Seirra and i would like to know all the good setting for that programer

I had the HPP3 in my 2000 GMC Sierra Z71 5.3l 3.73 gear pickup

My settings were set below with no issues for about 100K miles

Stock Thermostat
93 Octane (later switched to 87 octane and felt no difference)
Shift Firmness
Top Speed: 110 MPH
Rev Limiter: 6200
1-2 +4
2-3 +7
3-4 +5



I sold it on ebay and went with a custom tuned PCM from www.wait4meperformance.com - better bang for your buck :smokin:

1-2+4 mean
2-3+7 mean
3-4+5 mean

I believe that's controlling the specs of when & how hard the 1-2, 2-3, and 3-4 shifts take place.
