filter kit to remove airbox?

I have a group 31 optima that will not fit anywhere else under the hood of my 03, is there a filter kit that does not use the stock airbox location?

Move the bat to the bed / under the bed :dunno:

I haven't heard of an aftermarket intake that relocates the filter location, I thought they all used the stock location. Might have to make your own.
