What's up all? Is anyone running an amp and subs off of their factory CD? I know that aftermarket units are set up alot better for that but I really want to hang on to my factory deck, I know its not going to get ripped off! Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ya.... that setup isnt hard.... but a fatermarket head unit is soo much clearer and programed for a sub woofer... but anywhom.... unless you live in a ghetto i wouldnt worry about it gettign stolen.... cause just about any stereo has a removable face.... u take off that face and they wont steal it...plus u have insurance!also either invest in a alrm.... or a blinking led light inside the cab.... it lets people know a alrm is present...

don't kept the oem head unit.. i just sold my eclipse hu to ewogo, and i am regretting it... the oem cd player sounds like a pos... and if u want any decent sound quality, go with any high volt pre out hu...
