Another E-Fan question?

looking at e-fans today and was wondering what size i would need on my 97 350 vortec?? Would 1 16" fan do the trick?? thanks

From what I've read on this site and others, seems like it should be fine. I'm about to put a 14 inch in the stock shroud myself.

I've got twin 16's on my 97 4dr yukon and only run 1 on the street and 2 between drag run's.
I just mounted a single 15" on my 92 350 yukon 2dr the other day and it's been working fine so far.
You only need it during idle and below about 25-30mph,after that airflow through the radiator is what cool's the truck.
The fan is for airflow over the radiator during stop's and slow driving with little to no flow.
Try one fan and if it start's to run hot then reverse the polarity on the fan before you chunk it or add another.Keeping the stock shroud will help also to direct the airflow and has just enough room to fit a 16" fan with it's own housing.
At least my 92 tbi was.
