I have a TH350 trans that's not shifting right. It will not into third, and at about 35mph in drive (second gear) it feels like the breaks are on. When you shift it manually into second gear (L2 on gear select) it works fine. I've checked the vacuum modulator and everything there is fine. I've also checked the worm gear governor on the end of the shaft and it also checked out fine. Anyone have any ideas as to what's causing this?
