I have searched but did not find what I needed. Anyways, I have a 89 suburban lowered 5 in the front and 7 in the back. I used a Belltech kit with 2.5 droped spindls and 2" springs with 1/2" more cut to get the 5". I am using stock length gas shocks from Auto zone . The rear has adjustable air shocks . I like the feel of the rear , good and solid but not stiff and harsh. The front on the other hand is a little spongy and I noticed with the install of the new 30" tall tires it will bounce (one time) when I hit a good bump doing 35 or faster. When cruizin on the highway at around 70 mph the rear sticks to the road good but i can feel a more travel up and down in the front when hittin small dips on the highway.

SO, it obvious that I need a stiffer shock in the front but since I am getting a stiffer shock might as well get a good set. Looking through Jegs and Summit there are a few companies that make shocks with special valving. Edelbrock makes some that stiffen up on the highway and soften up and bumpy roads????

What are you guys using with bigger than stocks tires?

tires are 265/40/22's

Thanks

Don't have oversized wheels but I've been very happy with the Edelbrock Performer IAS shocks that I have on my Tahoe. I've run them with tires ranging from 28" to 32" in diameter and have still been very happy with their performance - good, firm road feel without being harsh. As advertised, they give you the best of performance and comfort.

I wonder how these will do ,rancho rs5000? I am reading they are pretty stiff and maybe they will match the air shocks I have in the rear?
