Wiring the trail clean up truck with the "Painless" wiring harness.

There is a big red wire that goes to the big post which also has the battery lead to it.

Then there is a purple wire that is supposed to connect to the "S" terminal. I have 2 terminals left on the selonoid and I can't find an "s" maked on either one. So which one is it? The one closest to the engine? Or closest to the headers?

For reference the motor came out of my 74 and is a 454.

It should be the one closest to the engine.

You can check it by jumping a screwdriver from the big post to each of the little posts. One will activate the starter, one will do nothing.

Um......yeah... This truck is no where near the point of actually being able to crank it. Just want to get the wiring in.

Thanks for the help guys.

Oh. Well in that case I guess both small terminals will do nothing :D
