Hello!
New guy here. I had joined pickuptruck.com some seven years ago when I bought my 2000 GMC Z71 and it seems that forum has fizzled as of late.
Still have my truck and recently have been sprucing things up a bit with a Ready Lift torsion bar key install (1.5" lift) to compliment the Firestone Ride-Rite bags I've been running in the back.
Further, I picked up a cowl-induction hood from Goodmark and had my local body shop paint and install it while they were taking care of some minor rust starting to form at the bottom of both front doors.
I plan to take this to the next logical step and at some point upgrade to something like a 32.5" tire on 20 inch rims. Anyone have experience with the backspacing and associated clearence with the ride-rite bags?
Still lovin' my truck, especially with the upgraded hood. I'll post up some pics soon.
