I know everyone is talking bout the incab resonance with the 40 series...and i know not alot of yall have thought bout this but when i get my system installed next month the shop is going to put on a resonatior to cut out the resonance in the cab....what do yall think of the idea

I dont know how to explain it....when the gases come out of the engine they bounce around in pipes and then into the muffler where the bounce around somemore...the resonatior goes on before the muffler and the gases shoot thru there in a sprial motion and gather back together...makes it more effectinate..and goes down on in cab noise

No No not tips...it goes on before the muffler..cuts down on in cab noise

yea i know what ur talkin about but, i thinking thats gunna restrict the exhuast again. i would just get the whole cab "dampend" with Dynamat or something else

Its not restrictive really becuz its a bigger piece than the rest of the pipe....The guy doing my exhaust said flowmaster would be coming out with some soon
