This is on my dads 00 silverado ls; All I know is that the passenger side door wouldn't unlock and we could not open the door. So sunday night I took the lock plastic cover on the door panel off and I move the metal bar left as far I could and pull on the handle on got the door to open.(wouldn't go all the way, but yet if you press the lock button it would move to lock it) So today I went to their house and now the lock metal bar moves like it should manually but now the unlock/lock swith don't work on that door, it locks and unlocks to the drivers side, any clues?
